How to Book

Please contact Club Reception on 02 9610 3666 for your booking request form.

You will be notified as soon as possible of confirmed bookings. Alternatively, you can come in person to reception for a booking request.

Ballot Dates for School Holidays

Due to the popularity of the units during school holidays a ballot system operates. Please see below the opening and closing times for the ballots.

Please ensure that you submit your booking request within the correct ballot time. Please note that due to increasing popularity a ballot will also apply to February and March bookings. July school holidays will be considered peak season from 2020.

December / January

Ballot opens 1 April, Closes 30 June
February / March

Ballot opens 1 May, Closes 31 July
Easter

Ballot opens 1 November, Closes 31 January
August*

Ballot opens 1 December, Closes 27 February
*August ballot only applies to the last week of August
October

Cost

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

You will be notified as soon as possible of confirmed bookings. Alternatively, you can come on person to reception for a booking request.

Bookings are only accepted in a weekly basis. Maximum rental will be two (2) weeks unless units are vacant. Further conditions may apply.

Peak periods are December, January and all school holidays, including Easter.

Peak Season:

Peak Rate – $850 per week PLUS $250 bond
High Season (September – November):

$600 Per Week PLUS $250 Bond
Off Peak:

Off-Peak Rate $500 Per Week PLUS $250 Bond

Peak Season:

Peak Rate – $850 per week PLUS $250 bond
High Season (September – November):

$600 Per Week PLUS $250 Bond
Off Peak:

Off-Peak Rate $500 Per Week PLUS $250 Bond
